Bookings & Payments

- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the scheduled shoot or event date.

- Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in delays to service delivery.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Booking deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made by the client may result in the loss of the booking fee.
- Any refunds outside of the booking fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Photography & Videography Delivery
- Final photographs and videos will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the project’s scope and complexity.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on editing requirements and current workload.
- Clients will be informed of expected delivery schedules where applicable.
Creative Rights & Usage
All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Surge Productions remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Surge Productions reserves the right to use selected photographs and videos for:
- Portfolio purposes
- Website galleries
- Social media content
- Marketing and promotional materials
Clients who wish to keep their content private should discuss this before the project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
